"Rhood" is pronouced "Rhode" as in Rhode Island
"en" is pronounced (here) as "an", like in an island, but because it's a contraction of sounds, the n sound is often skipped.
"weyn" is pronounced, erh, maybe a bit like the way a hick would pronounce "wheyn".
So: Rhode-a-wheyn :-)
