Such a pity he has the lick on the "wrong" side, but this is a minor quibble -- at least it means he has the herrstyle, unlike some kitlers seen here.  
 
I suppose this is a "mitler" -- a mirror-image ktler. (Note to Paul, how about putting up a glossary of all these terms?)

Seriously, I just started innocently enough with youth Kitler, YITLER, then went fun wacky. Now we have sub categories. 'Mirror Image Kitler' Mitler. Can also be subnoted as Kitler stuck in Middle (that's when you have a flock of Kitlers).  
Paul, we are so not well. JorJa is totally keeping spreadsheet. It's become a fulltime j-o-b.
